Legend Property Group

I haven’t looked at their units for rent in a bit, but check out Legend Property Group—they offer a lot of all inclusive options, so even if there’s something that is slightly out of budget there’s a chance that electric/internet/cable is included. Every building is different—I rented a studio from them that was all-inclusive, and the unit I rent from them now is just rent/water/internet.

Legend Property Group was great when I was renting 3 years ago. I lived at 4N4th. It's an old office building downtown. The walls were rock solid, and I never heard neighbors. Maintenance was responsive, and only had a few problems with a new property manager whom was let go. The manager before and after the bad one were fine.

hi everyone! I (woman in mid-20s) have been touring apartments in RVA and found a unit that I liked at Garber Gables at Franklin Place. Does anyone have experience living at this complex and/or living under Legend Property Management group? I have previously lived and worked in DC, and now live outside of Richmond, but hoping to move into the actual city soon for work + grad school reasons. I have a car but mostly prefer to use the bus, when possible. Thoughts on the property management/build

I rented from legend property group about 3 years ago and I liked my unit and building I was at Exchange place. They were a good landlord, maintenance was good, all utilities included at the building so I was happy with it. I stayed with them because they offered lease transfers after your first lease so if you’re someone who moves often it’s easier to get a second unit in your current building or a different building they own. Definitely do a tour of the building and the exact unit you want!
