Newest ADUs in Northside

I have a 720 sq foot 1 bedroom in The Fan right next to Cary Street Station. It's a bottom floor unit, no utilities included for $1,230/month including pet rent. There is absolutely no justification in the world for listing these coffins for $1,500/month.

Apartments you actually enjoyed living in?

I lived in the Cary Street Station apartments and it was a pretty nice, except I had an interior unit so all my natural light came from above. I really liked the property management group (Legends) though.

Apartment in the Fan Tips

Hello everyone I am trying to secure a two bedroom apartment in the fan for this upcoming August, but not too sure when I should start applying or where to look. I really want to try to live in a historic home rather than a complex such as Cary Street Station. Anyone know of any good apartments? Or have advice on when I should apply? Thanks for any help!! :)
