**Howdy everyone!** I’m looking for a roommate to share a **2 bed, 2 bath apartment** at **The Carousel Apartments** starting **early July**. **Location**: Just a 20-minute walk to VCU and right in the heart of the Fan District. I am also open to other apartments, condos. townhomes, etc. in nearby areas in the $800-1200/person price range. **Apartment**: Recently renovated with modern finishes, 864 sq. ft. **Rent**: $1,943/month total — that’s about **$971 each**, and around $1,020/m
