Pierce Arrow Properties is a group of 22 older apartment buildings on the edge of Richmond's Fan and Museum districts, mostly along North and South Arthur Ashe Boulevard between Park Avenue and West Cary Street, leased from one office at 2709 West Cary Street near Carytown. Units range from studios to three bedrooms, about 312 to 1,038 square feet, and many have hardwood floors, crown molding, French doors, exposed brick or decorative fireplaces; renovated studios are also offered. Utilities and paid parking depend on the building, and the property accepts Housing Choice Vouchers. Campus Apartments owns and manages the portfolio, which is also marketed to VCU students.
