Available: 7/7 – $1,320 1 BR/1 bath 605sq.ft. in the Fan, Landmark at 1700 building, new lease. Water/sewer/valet trash and Verizon internet included, you only pay electric (Dominion). Pets allowed with pet fee. Private patio entrance, modern appliances incl. washer/dryer and dishwasher, spacious walk-in closet with built-in shelving. Great location and quiet neighbors. This has been my favorite place I’ve ever rented, and I am only leaving as I’m moving away from Richmond. Extremely responsive
