I fucking love this brickwork so much, the fact the building is on stilts. It's just so fucking cool. AND these are fucking affordable apts you could live in.

Hardwicke House is a 34-unit mid-century modern apartment building at 3212 Cutshaw Ave in Scott's Addition, designed by architect David Warren Hardwicke in 1961 and fully renovated in 2018. Its brise-soleil brick facade and floor-to-ceiling windows were kept, and apartments have new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and full-size washers and dryers. Rent is all-inclusive, covering electricity, water, sewer, trash and internet. The building has an elevator, gated off-street parking and bike racks, and is managed by Legend Property Group.
