Apartments you actually enjoyed living in?

I had a good experience at Monroe's former Lee School lofts on Kensington and Belmont. I believe they are the River School Lofts now.

RVA/The River loft and other loft recommendation

Planning on moving to RVA in the next couple of months. I toured Atrium Lofts and The River Lofts at Tobacco Row, and I love the spacious, industrial loft style—plus, the price range is pretty solid for what you get. But the reviews on Tobacco Row have me a little unsure. Looks like new management came in recently, so I’m wondering if things have actually improved for people living there now.
