Gallery Midtown Apartments - Museum District

Do you or anyone you know live at Gallery Midtown Apartments in the Museum District of Richmond Virginia? If so, what issues are you or they having there with their apartment, maintenance, and/or the office? I have had issues with the company's accounting practices and unresponsiveness.

Short term leases

The Gallery Midtown used to offer 1+ month leases. I took advantage of a short lease about 5 years ago but it's worth checking with them. They are not furnished and the shorter the term, the more expensive the unit.

The Square Apartments 7. The Westbrook at Brewers Row 8. The Preserve at Scott’s Addition 9. The Estates at Horsepen **These are the things that are most important to me:** * Noise: Quiet with good soundproofing and walls that are not paper thin. * Location: Somewhere within a 20-30 minute drive to West Creek during ru

The Gallery Midtown

**Anyone have experience with renting at The Gallery Midtown in the Museum District? Specifically experiences with mold under Levco mangement since 2021?** I remember, 10 years ago, this place being the rundown River City Court apartments run by that landlord that got put in jail. Looking into the sale history, the complex has changed hands about three times and seems a lil sus. There have been some red flags pop up in the past week and I'm questioning signing a lease.
