yeah fuck Levco. the year I lived in Marshall Park Townhomes some pipes burst around Christmas and a bunch of apartments flooded. a bunch of tenants were away at the time so they just never notified any of those tenants there had been a flood. entered apartments, set up dehumidifiers, and came back to remove them without ever telling anybody. luckily I was home at the time but my neighbors would’ve never known why a bunch of their stuff was moved/ruined if I hadn’t brought it up in passing

Avoid Levco like the PLAGUE. I used to live in Marshall Park Townhomes and here's a short list of what they did: \-Toured the apartments with zero notice \-Moved people in, again, with zero notice (this was in the apartments w four bedrooms that had individual leases) \-Barged in to paint again with ZERO NOTICE. **Anyone have experience with renting at The Gallery Midtown in the Museum District? Specifically experiences with mold under Levco mangement since 2021?** I remember, 10 years ago, this place being the rundown River City Court apartments run by that landlord that got put in jail. Looking into the sale history, the complex has changed hands about three times and seems a lil sus. There have been some red flags pop up in the past week and I'm questioning signing a lease.
