There is a one bedroom at the iron house condos that includes most utilities, internet and a parking spot in the garage for 1250/mo #306

Iron House apartments

Does anyone have experience with Iron House apartments or any recommendations for 1 bd 1 ba apartments in that general area? (close to Monroe park) After all the reviews I've read of buildings in the area, I'm worried about cleanliness and management in all of them, so I would love some feedback.

Im a senior living in iron house right now with 3 other seniors. Gorgeous 3 bedroom loft apartment, Rent is 2150 a month not including electricity. We’re due to move out this june/july ish.
