Apartment Hunting - Circ Apartments in The Fan

Anyone have experience with the Circ Apartments in the Fan, good or bad? Interested in moving in to The Fan area and it seems like one of the few apartment building options. I toured there recently and was underwhelmed by the amenities, but location seems solid.

Some of the communities around here are The Locks Tower, South Falls Tower, Hydro Apartments, Circ Apartments and East 51. What have your experiences been like on any of these properties- with management, the building itself, neighbors, etc.?

Great! What made you decide to sign before being able to tour? I have seen the building a few times but have not looked into too much because it will not be finished until January. Did you look around elsewhere and decide pricing was better with the Circ?

Apartment Tips

I can speak to CIRC a little bit! My partner and I just signed with them, the building is still under construction so (from what we were told), they’ll start giving out tours towards the end of December/beginning of January. Move-in dates start February! Also, they don’t have studios, they start @ 1 bedroom for a little under $1,100 a month.
