RVA St. John’s Wood

Live across the street at the Crossings at Bramblewood. We’ve been here for the last 3 years and watched the area deteriorate further, imo. Not sure if it’s been the same for St John’s but I can say that there has been an increase in cars being broken into, random gunfire, and disturbances in this area. We have a friend who lived at St John’s who had her home broken into in the middle of the day. I’d say to avoid if you can. Especially with the likelihood that your rent will hike soon once the n
