Apartments you actually enjoyed living in?

I lived at Ashley park apartments off jahnke for the past year and a half, I love it here. I pay 1200 for 600sqft, there’s no elevators though which might be a dealbreaker for some but it’s not too bad for me. The area is super quiet expect for the hospital next door lol and no car break ins or anything like that. Maintenance is super responsive and the office staff are very nice. I can also answer more questions if you have any! This is my first apartment after college and I toured soo many try

One bedroom in Richmond

Hey y’all, I am moving to the area in December and am looking for a one bedroom apartment. I am looking for something that isn’t over 1500 if possible. I was looking at Ashley Park Apartments and the Link Apartments and was curious if anybody has any experiences with them. I’m also open to any recommendations! Any advice would really help.

Affordable areas in Richmond and outskirts?

I have a one bedroom at Ashley Park Apartments for $1200 and with utilities it comes out to about 1400 for me, I’ve renewed my lease and really like it here, i’m happy to share more information!!

Stumped on Apartment Search

my apartment is doing a move in special currently, most one bedrooms are about 1,200-1,300, with the utilities it shouldn’t be more than your budget! parking is free and i just renewed my lease, this is my first apartment out of college and i really like it! It’s the Ashley Park Apartments by the chippenham hospital, you can use me as a referral if you want lol 😂

RVA Apartment Advise

… I will have to pay 800-990 per person, but I'm not happy about it). We are looking at: 1 Scott's Addition, The Nest, Courtyard Lofts, Cookie Factory Lofts, Ashley Park Apartments and Boulders Lakeview Apartments. We're pretty partial to 1 Scott's Addition but we want to look at as many suitable apartments as possible.
