VIV at Scott's Collection

Viv, gem, ink were built by Capital Square builder which does lean to higher quality Icon and Nest were built by KBS Contruction. Stay as far away as possible from any apartment built by KBS. Icon was built by SWA which lean to cheap but not anywhere as bad as KBS. Providing this detailed info so others can look up apartment builders and use this to decide. Use which ever AI you like to do this when apartment hunting (AI does not know quality of these builders. I do as i am a developer).

That’s just not true there are clear tiers in apt quality in Scott’s, Icon, Nest and Summit are bottom they are quick / cheap construction so they have the worst noise pollution and amenities. There’s a reason that the Otis, Viv, Gem, Ink and Bellevue are much more expensive

The Otis, 1510 Belleville, or INK/GEM/VIV in Scott’s Addition. The Abby on Stuart in the Museum District The Crest at Westhampton Commons Lucky Strike and Deco CNB are in bad areas

You may be able to snag a 2 bed at Viv, Gem, or Ink in Scotts addition for less than 2,200. Tenancy is down because of all the construction, but most will more than likely be completed during your lease. For reference, I live in a 2 bed at one of those apts and pay ~2180 for the lease and 2300 including utilities. If you are looking for more of a suburban vibe, which is biking and driving distance to a lot of places, you could also look into malvern manor. I have heard mixed reviews, but tbh I
