ChimboMart lot being sold

Ummm....someone needs to go look at the Code Refresh interactive zoning map for Version 3. The CRE guys are advertising this on Loopnet as MX-5, which is Mixed Use 5 Stories (of right). In other words.....it ain't gonna be 16-24 units with 50 residents. Under MX-5 it will be a 5-story tall apartment building a la what they're throwing up all over Scott's Addition. So think more like 200 apartments. The Ace or the Guild are more likely comparisons, not 16 townhomes.

Lol I came to say the same. Novel? Ace? Sounds more like nightclubs than apartment complexes. The guild sounds pretty cool though. I wonder if they got a quest board.

What are your priorities? I personally would not want to live in the area where The Guild is Of these Chasen would be my choice (location, build quality, walkability/access to transit etc) but is also probably the most expensive

Welcome to Richmond! The Guild is a nice complex in a nice area, can get a bit busy but less so at night, solid built in amenities, the best part is that you're close to all the action. You're in a great location and can be in that location at a reasonable price.
