The Goodwyn at Union Hill

The Goodwyn at Union Hill is Better Housing Coalition’s 52-apartment affordable community at the corner of Venable and Jessamine Streets in the historic Union Hill section of Church Hill. The light-filled one- to three-bedroom homes are spread across five separate buildings and come with granite countertops, microwave ovens, a washer and dryer in every unit and a security system. Residents have a community room, off-street parking, on-site property management and maintenance, and are a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Church Hill. Income restrictions apply and the buildings are non-smoking.
