Roommate(s) wanted for 3br/2b Churchill house

Hi, I’m looking for a female/non-binary/queer roommate (or two) to live in a 3br/2b townhouse in Churchill starting at the end of February (2/24/24). Rent would be $2195 split between us, price negotiable. I have furniture for a living room/kitchen, so you’d just need furniture for a bedroom! I’m looking for a clean, respectful roommate or two. You would have to be non-smoking (messes with my breathing) and have no dogs/cats because my dog has to be the only one/I’m allergic. About me: I’m 26,
