Tell them to try out Shockoe Valley View! When I talked to the leasing office they said they didn’t really check credit, mostly just income verification They may not answer, but if your friend goes to the leasing office, Alexandra will definitely help. Shes super kind

One bed, one bath. What are the best options?

Shockoe Valley View is [$969](https://www.shockoevalleyapartments.com/floorplans.aspx) for a 1 bed 1 bath. It has a pool, clubhouse, rooftop hangout area, beautiful view, and walking distance to Union Market, Alamo BBQ, Jefferson Park, and Shockoe Bottom. There is an income restriction though. When I lived there the household income for a two bedroom couldn't exceed $120k I believe. I'm not sure what it is for a one bedroom. Also you are literally 5 feet away from the 95 On Ramp which is sup

Shockoe Valley View?

Asking for general recommendations for or against letting my MCV student daughter live here... getting mixed reviews. Seems nice enough in person, but da ghetto is just over there [makes hand gesture indicating a few blocks North]. Anyone got an educated or experienced opinion? Along those lines, anyone know a damn fine 2 br. / 2 bath pet-friendly (golden retriever) place with decent parking that is near enough to 1200 Broad? Thanks in advance!
