Yeah I did read it. I was more just trying to be funny Also classic that it’s Genesis properties They tried to evict me every month for the 8 months I lived in one of their buildings 20 years ago because they couldn’t manage to update their file with my name as the new tenant. Didn’t mind taking rent from someone with no account every month though lmao The last guys eviction notice got posted on my door like clockwork until I broke my lease to rent from a non slumlord

I've never had an issue with Genesis properties. They're prompt with repairs and mostly leave me alone.

Avoid Genesis Properties. Just broke my leases in one of their buildings early. The apartment sucked, they never came to fix anything, they never returned phone calls, and there was frequently some "issue" with our payment that always ended up not actually existing but always created a hassle.
