North Oak Apartments

North Oak is a Better Housing Coalition community on West Laburnum Avenue in North Richmond, close to BHC’s Lincoln Mews apartments, convenient to downtown and Ginter Park, and a short walk from the GRTC bus line. The one- and two-bedroom apartments sit in low-rise brick buildings around a parking court and a playground. Gas is included in the rent; residents pay electric. Income restrictions apply to some apartments and the community was built with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, with a $25 application fee per adult applicant.
