Vista Buena is a pair of small brick apartment buildings at 3813 and 3816 Chamberlayne Avenue in Ginter Park, on the Chamberlayne bus line about three miles north of downtown. The one-bedroom apartments have hardwood or vinyl plank floors, updated kitchens and baths, newer vinyl windows and individual heating and cooling units, and rents vary with how much of a unit has been renovated. The buildings are controlled-access with free off-street parking, and the owner, Bellevue Garden LLC, also holds 3615 Chamberlayne.
