Bloom apartments on chamberlayne. I'm pretty sure my wife and I were the only ones actually paying our rent there. It's not the best but they truly DGAF

Homeless bcuz RENT 2 HIGH

Bloom apartments does not care about dog breed or crimes. Lived there for a year ish. Cheap. Not in the best area. Never had any serious problems though

Bad credit

Bloom apartments in the northside doesn't give a shit about credit. It's not the best area but I lived there a year without any real problems beyond the regular annoyances of city life

Looking for a 1br apartment that allows "restricted breed" dogs. Trying to keep it around or lower than 1k

Only place I know of under $1k is bloom apartments but it's in a less than desirable area
