RVA Apartment Advise

Georgetown Apartments along Hamilton St are probably the best bet for a halfway point. Bonus points that apparently the property managers are pretty decent. I have no idea what they cost though. It’s worth mentioning that the bus system is free and frequent. However, it is more oriented towards getting folks into and out of central Richmond, so not tops for going out to UofR. What that means for you is, if you are along Broad St as far west as Willow Lawn or Cary St as far west as Thompson, it

RVA Apartment Advise

Hi. I’d suggest the Villages at Horsepen or if it’s in your budget —The Estates At Horsepen. It’s closer to U of R but you can get to VCU in 10-12mins. Some of these are townhome style. Georgetown Apartments is also right in between the schools. It’s close to Scott’s Addition and bus routes to VCU. It’s a town home so it feels bigger. Tapestry West also has some deals that may for your budget but they charge for parking. Good luck !

For Richmond apartments, how much does you trust online reviews?

People aren’t going to lie about those types of things for fun & they mostly aren’t going to waste their time on a review bc of a single time pest or maintenance issue that the landlord//property manager worked quickly to resolve. I agree with people suggesting Georgetown Apartments. Convenient & safe location, issues are few but quick to be resolved if they come up, & it’s not in a high foot traffic area, so the people you’re not going to have to deal with rowdy nights. Good luck!
