Thank you for this! The amenities thing is where I’m finding that I can’t make a decision. Price wise, the two (Malvern and Evelyn) are basically the same but Malvern has a pool, gym, and outdoor spaces. I’m confused at the Evelyn being basically the same price with literally zero amenities. Ugh

Hi! Property Manager at Evelyn here. I work for the PM company but am also a renter (not at Evelyn, but another property) so I like to think I have the perspective of both sides of living with us! But feel free to comment any specific questions you have, or set up a tour! We have a couple more two beds becoming available in early Sept (both on the third floor and facing FH). I just moved into The Evelyn in January as i was moving from out of state and this was the easiest option for me as I was unfamiliar with the area. It's fine! Echoing the other person in this thread that lives/lived there....its so small. I do live in the 2 bedroom and it could be so much better, but so much square footage is taken up by the second bedroom. The main bedroom and bathroom is great, as is the walk in closet. But the fact that the second bedroom has a walk in closet as well is unne

The Evelyn - forest hill

The Evelyn is pretty walkable! Lots of opportunities to get outside and also lots of local businesses and more popping up. Janet’s bakery on the ground floor is dangerously good. The price… speaks for itself. I’m moving out because the small space just wasn’t worth the expensive rent but otherwise no complaints and the balcony is a good size! Management is nice and responsive, the building is new so no major maintenance issues but you’ll see cut corners by the builders everywhere you look. Nei
