Church Hill Sublet
Iâm leaving RVA at the end of January so my lovely pet-friendly 1B/1B in Church Hill will be available! The landlords (David and Emily) are amazing! The apartment is the same building as Spotty Dog, North End and Slurp/The Emerald Lounge and right across the street from Sub Rosa (check out their GFM to help them out after the fire). Price: $1649 (incl. water & trash) Available move-in: Feb 6 2025 Leasing company: Virginia Premier Investments
Sketchy Practices with VPI
PSA for anyone looking to rent a âluxuryâ apartment from Virginia Premier Investments. I moved in mid-July to what was supposed to be a âluxuryâ NEW build apartment but soon things started not adding up. Turns out they moved us in illegally before all inspections were done to receive their certificate of occupancy (permission from the city for people to live in the building) and were trying to cover it up with the city. RVA housing department hasnât gotten back to me on how this even happened.
