Sublet room in 2 BED 1 BATH APT

Looking to sublet my room/share of a 2 bed 1 bath apartment at 404 Rivertowne Apartments on Westover Hills Blvd. It is a 2nd story apartment with a balcony. My half of the lease is 700, which covers water and parking, plus electric and internet, about 736 total. Washer Dryer in the apartment, and amenities include a pool and gym. October's rent is paid. My roommate is chill, and has most of the apartment furnished. Please reach out if intrested and I can give you more info about the sublet step

404 Rivertowne

I just moved out of 404 Rivertowne in September, 2023. The people at the rental/management office are every bit as bad as described. Every single time I had to go in there, for any reason, they were rude and dismissive. Rolling their eyes when I would walk in. I purposefully would physically go to the office to deal with a problem because if you call they completely blow you off and do nothing. Example. July of this year, 2023. We had a string of 90 degree plus days. It was very hot. Hear warn

404 Rivertowne

My experience with 404 Rivertowne: I am an out of state transplant and I was looking for some inexpensive housing close to the job I was accepted for. I stumbled across 404 Rivertowne. I seen the reviews but I figure I’ll just take it with a grain of salt. I drove 2 1/2 days from Louisiana to Virginia, arrived at 404 and finished the paperwork for move in. I had already signed the leasing documents in August. They hand me the keys tell me how to get to the apartment and send me on my way. W

experiences with shockoe commons, the lofts at canal walk, 404 rivertowne apartment homes?

I’m looking to move back to richmond in august, and i’m hoping to be close to the MCV campus/within walking distance to the pulse station. Has anyone had experience with these apartments/this area? or any other recommendations? I’m moving with my partner and our cat, and hoping to keep rent under $1000. bonus if utilities are included, need a washer and dryer in unit. thanks!!
