1200 Semmes is a loft-style apartment building in Manchester, on the south bank of the James with quick access to Downtown, the Fan and the near West End. Its studios, one- and two-bedroom lofts sit above a rooftop level with an expansive patio, a sprawling sun deck and what the building calls the city's first rooftop dog walk.
