You gotta start with a budget that everyone reading your post can know about. I moved out early from 1200 Semmes Ave, it’s in Manchester. 1 bed/bath, everything included except electrical for $1395. That’s internet, water, trash, reserved parking, huge terrace and gym. Not affordable imo but more reasonable than some of the insane stuff I’m seeing North of the James or in the counties
