Manchester apartments that don’t suck?

I was 800 semmes the terraces at Manchester for two years from 2020-2022 and loved it there. Good property management if anything broke it was fixed right away (only had some sink pressure issues and the washer was off balance) at the time it was affordable.

Apartment hunting in RVA

If you enjoy being close to the river for lovely walks, Manchester is great for that. I lived there for a year on Semmes Ave (Terraces at Manchester) and enjoyed the location. I've heard good things about South Falls Tower, if you haven't looked into that place. I never felt unsafe in Manchester.

… especially interested in how well sound deadened the units are both from outside the apartments and from bedroom to bedroom) We're also interested in "The Terraces At Manchester" if anyone has any input, especially in regards to sound deadening. Yes I'm aware they aren't a mall style or anything but they look super nice for the money and it's in the perfect location Budget of about $2k/month, looking for a 2bed/2bath with pool, gym, an easy place to store my 80lbs E-bike, preferably a balco
