The apartments on the land Chasen used to be on in Scott's Addition are finally online! 352 apartments, three buildings each 6-7 stories. 1500 for a one bedroom is a solid price too, 200+ apartments at 1500 in a great location is a nice deal. 30% of the apartments are 2-3 stories...those start at 1900. That's a decent chunk of change obviously, but the more people who can afford such prices have such apartments available, it does ease things for most others who'll be looking for something more

Any recent feedback on The Icon (Main St Properties) or The Nest (Atrium Properties) in SA?

Viv, gem, ink were built by Capital Square builder which does lean to higher quality Icon and Nest were built by KBS Contruction. Stay as far away as possible from any apartment built by KBS. Icon was built by SWA which lean to cheap but not anywhere as bad as KBS. Providing this detailed info so others can look up apartment builders and use this to decide. Use which ever AI you like to do this when apartment hunting (AI does not know quality of these builders. I do as i am a developer).
