Apartments you actually enjoyed living in?

I loved living in tapestry west and had neighbors who were a couple that both worked from home, they had a floor plan 1 bedroom + an office and it was so spacious. Roach free and best maintenance staff I’ve experienced in Richmond! They almost always came immediately if I had an issue. (If I ever did it was small and fixed right then and there) It’s a newer building so nice pool, gym, etc. and great appliances in the unit. I actually miss my washer and dryer from this apartment!!

RVA Apartment Advise

Hi. I’d suggest the Villages at Horsepen or if it’s in your budget —The Estates At Horsepen. It’s closer to U of R but you can get to VCU in 10-12mins. Some of these are townhome style. Georgetown Apartments is also right in between the schools. It’s close to Scott’s Addition and bus routes to VCU. It’s a town home so it feels bigger. Tapestry West also has some deals that may for your budget but they charge for parking. Good luck !
