Libbie Mill Apartments

i lived in Penstock Quarter in Libbie Mill for 18months, 2020-21. I believe we paid around $1500 for a 2 bed 1 bath. Nice kitchen and the bedrooms are huge, but very cheaply built. At the time, the fire alarms sprinkler system was broken so the fire alarms would go off 6-8 times a week at all hours. (trucks and all). the pool is on top of the parking garage, so the pipes leaked and it flooded/froze over all the time. Looking for info on any of these specific apartments that I'm considering

I used to live at Pennstock Quarter and while it was out of my personal budget it was a pretty nice community and fairly quiet from the other parts of RVA i have lived in, lots of post grad ppl and young families there, walls are a little on the thinner side but everything else was pretty nice alongside free parking (when i lived there in 2021)
