Townhomes at Warwick Place is an EarthCraft-certified townhome community off Old Warwick Road in south Richmond. Every home is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhouse of roughly 1,458 to 1,502 sq ft, with a front porch, hardwood floors, large living areas, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and microwave, ceiling fans and washer/dryer hookups. Rents are income-restricted and set by tier — 40%, 50% and 60% of area median income — so the rent depends on which tier a household qualifies for. It is managed by Franklin Group Companies.
