James River Pointe apartments

I searched this subreddit and couldn’t find much info! Google reviews seem to mostly be people complaining about not getting their application fee back but not much about actually living there. Plus plenty of fake reviews. Does anyone have experience here? Prices are sketching me out! But I like they offer a 9 month lease Thank you!!
