Is this a good area to live?

Since people are answering in here, how’s the Point at Beaufont a little bit to the east?

The Point at Beaufont Safety

Hi folks, I’m moving to the Richmond area soon and The Point at Beaufont has looked pretty good. How’s the crime/safety around there? The neighborhood itself didn’t seem too bad but I’ve heard about some of the surrounding areas not being so good. I’m alright with some degree of staying alert and not being stupid but I’d like to feel a bit safe. Thanks for the help

The places I've come across and researched are: * Link Apartments * The Navigator * The Point at Beaufont * Hammond Lofts * Matrix Midtown * Cary Street * Malvern Manor * Stumpf Flats * Walnut Alley * Park West End The two places I found that I have considered most are Link Apartments and The Navigator. Both of these are located in Manchester which I have seen a few people say to avoid that area but the places themsel
