Apartments you actually enjoyed living in?

I lived in the Estates at Horsepen. It was basically a condo. I never heard my neighbors. Office was decent to work with. It was hatefully expensive, and I only lived there for a year. They also had no size restriction on dogs, which is awesome if you love pups.

Need 2B rental in August with safe parking near Willow Lawn

I can recommend the estates at horsepen. Might not be that many college kids but the area is close, as is public transport. It has some nice green space, very pet friendly, a pool and some typical apt complex amenities

Great apartment/townhome community experiences?

The Village at Horsepen is older and small townhouses, but I really liked the neighborhood and the management. Bonus is the pool. Estates at Horsepen is next door and owned by the same company; nicer and newer, but expensive. They are between Willow Lawn and Glenside, very accessible to Broad Street and 64, and close to lots of shopping and stuff to do.
