Poor credit options in Henrico/Short Pump

I've been turned down from two places in Henrico/Short Pump (Park Place in Henrico and Sundance Station in Short Pump) bc of my low credit score as well as a history of eviction, as well as a felony (3rd DUI). I previously had issues with addiction and am now in recovery with significant sober time and a full time, relatively high paying job in the service industry (over 45k). I'm happy to discuss and verify this with any land lord if given the opportunity. The problem is, I haven't been given t

Who has lived in these West End Apartments?

I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment in Sundance Station over 10 years ago. Not sure how relevant that is in the present day, but I didn't have any issues or complaints back then. Moved out when I bought a house. Was located in a good area and super convenient to Kroger and Sam's Club across the street.

Issues finding a decent apartment for young professional

Yeah, I see a lot between $900-$1100 but just with mixed reviews. I think folks are being a bit harsh, but shrug. I'd seen Hilliard Road Apts, but they only take dogs to 50lbs. I was looking at The Villages at Horsepen and Sundance Station, personally, but was looking for more potential spots. Thanks for the reply!
