I wasn't trying to push "a narrative," I was pointing out a personal observation. Recently moved to Richmond area. Apartment has Roaches:(

Follow up with them every day, post public reviews, threaten legal action, etc. I had the same problem in my old complex (if any of y’all are considering moving to copper mill, don’t). The only way they’ll start fixing the problem is when they start losing money, they’re not on your team
