Market Woods is a 55-and-older income-restricted community at 2501 New Park Road in North Chesterfield, on Better Housing Coalition's Winchester Greens campus. It offers one- and two-bedroom apartments with central heat and air, emergency pull cords and barrier-free layouts, in an elevator building with a community room, fitness center, on-site laundry and a security system. The Bermuda Health Care Center, banks and restaurants sit next to the community, and it is on the GRTC bus line.
