Market Village

Market Village, formerly Market Square III, is a 234-unit income-restricted community for residents 55 and older at 7101 Bensley Commons Lane in North Chesterfield, on Better Housing Coalition's Winchester Greens campus. It has one- and two-bedroom apartments and cottages with central heat and air, Energy Star appliances, emergency pull cords and barrier-free layouts. Shared spaces include a community room, a fitness center, on-site laundry, landscaped courtyards and a park area, and the campus sits on a bus line to Richmond and Chester. It is owned and managed by Better Housing Coalition.
