Partner and I are likely moving to a new apartment in a few months, ideally within the city. If anyone has any recommendations or happens to have lived at any of the complexes below, it would be super helpful! Anyone live at a property managed by Dodson?

We have rented from Lava Lofts in Churchill and it is amazing. Their whole thing is a pet friendly apartment building. No breed restrictions. There is a pet washing room station in the building with a metal tub for your dogs and they provide the shampoo. Every Christmas they do free pet photos with santa in the lobby. We have a two bedroom for 1200 a month- everything included but electric. Management is really great and have fixed and issues within 24 hours. Highly recommend if you have a pet.
