I have to move for a job and I’m really trying to be out of my apartment by November 7th. The lease ends in May but you have the option to renew. The Location & Unit: \- Located right across the street from Libby Hill Park and steps from the Virginia Capital Trail. \- Base Rent: $1,260/month (Utilities usually run \~$125/month). \- Pet-friendly (dogs & cats welcome!).

Apartments under $1500?

There is an older building next to it called shiplock watch. The apartments are cheaper and you still get to use the amenities in the newer building. There are a few vacant 1 beds for around 1500 which includes utilities.

Shockoe Bottom living?

Thanks, I'm not into drinking or going out- I just prefer to be close to a lot of people and in a more city environment. I looked at some units at Shiplock Watch? For the same price with significantly more room but the balcony really sold it for me on the other building. I'm going to continue to look today!
