There are TONS of places in your price range right now all over the city! Fox Rest, Quarter Mill, and Maple Springs in Glen Allen/Henrico have availability now.

How's safety for living in this area as a solo person?

I lived in Fox Rest. Someone crashed into my car over night (hit and run). There was a shooting in the neighboring complex. You’d be safer in the city.

How's safety for living in this area as a solo person?

I call it the hood part of the west end. Not super dangerous but not glamorous. My friend did have his rims stolen and his car set on cinder blocks in Fox Rest apartments a few years ago
