Insight into Chelsea Square Apartments?

I'm moving to rva for a job and it seems great, but I'm a few states away currently so I can't see the neighborhood for myself. Does anyone have any insight into what kind of complex and area before we commit? Or info on the school it's zoned for. The reviews seem either really bad or really great. Thanks!!
