Definitely don’t rent from Pollard & Bagby either. So many bugs and so few fucks given about providing the bare minimum.

hi everyone! there is a lady on fb that is setting a scam up in regards to a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom on 2301 W Grace Street that is owned by Pollard & Bagby. she is claiming that she’s a private landlord and that it’s her property when it isn’t. attached is her facebook post along with her listing and her pictures claiming that’s what the property looks like. the last 3 pictures are what the actual property looks like. she will ask for you to fill out an application form that makes you submit a $75

church hill has some good places. i know pollard & bagby is kinda crappy but i found a great property through them and things have been pretty good so far a year later (knock on wood), definitely better than my experience with peak property and thalheimer. checking directly on property manager's sites for listings is a good way to go, though it can be hit or miss. if you can find a sublet or private landlord on lindsays list that could be a good option too. best of luck!

Pollard and Bagby are slumlords. I don’t recommend renting from them.
