Anyone else sick of the job market and apartments around here?

My advice: even if your job is in the city, move to the counties, even with gas prices you’ll save money on housing, taxes, groceries, COL etc. Living in the city is now like taking an unnecessary vacation cruise and complaining about the cost. You didn’t need to take the vacation cruise, my dude. My apartment at 3001 monument ave (apt 9) was $450/month in 2005 for a 2 bed 1 bath. Monument and Sheppard right across from caliente (if that place still exists). Get out You can shout at the sky

Richmond City Council creates city’s first rental inspection program

> Don’t exempt landlords for one reason or another did you really expect them to make this apply to everyone right off the bat? landlords across the city would simply raise their rent to account for the added expenses and cite city council as the reason why. The ordinance is written such that it only really applies to Walid Daniel and his ilk.
