Willow Oaks Apartments

I live at Willow Oaks and I’m sorry you’re dealing with roaches. Property management used to be on top of things and we didn’t have any pest issues before the complex sold to a huge conglomerate and now they don’t give a fuck. All of the sudden there are roaches everywhere. I’m sorry I don’t have any suggestions aside from what others have already said but I can commiserate. We’re on our own when it comes to pest issues here unfortunately :(

Woah you’re $1,700 for a one bedroom at Willow Oaks? That’s robbery, especially because 2 bedrooms are going for a few hundred less at Willow oaks.

We moved out of Willow Oaks the end of last year due to rent increases and uncontrolled pest issues both - the buildings are old and seem very "landlord special" for repairs. The quality of repairs, fixups, and maintenance over the years varied -wildly-. Splits, cracks, and seams in the wall were so consistent that we took to replacing and puttying ourselves because the repair jobs were generally so slap dash. Well this isn't great to hear lol I've lived at Willow oaks for 3 years now and never had a roach problem. Could I ask (or you can pm me) which building? - also the "cheap rent" part confused me, how much are you paying?? Im at 1700 for a one bedroom, certainly not cheap lol good luck!
