I lived in the Willow Oaks apartments for about 4 years! Of course not perfect but seeing horror stories about other complexes, I overall had a really good experience living there! I still mess the setting with all the trees around.

Oh look that was my first Richmond stomping ground way back in the day. Avoid St. John’s Wood and any other properties managed by GSC. Willow Oaks Apartments off Forest Hill / Powhite is where I would rent if I were to return to RVA.

Hey all, I currently live in Willow oaks apartments and was wondering if anyone else has lived here and had issues with the leasing office or management. Going to preface this by saying that I am taking the appropriate legal action…. The tldr is that I had money orders for rent cashed after they were given the to leasing office but the office is claiming they don’t have them/never got them. The orders were fully completed and written out to the apartments with my unit number explicitly listed
