Wayside Townhouse Apartments

Wayside Townhouse Apartments is a small townhouse community on Wayside Drive in the Stratford Hills area of North Chesterfield, just inside the Chesterfield County line off Jahnke Road and a few minutes from Chippenham Parkway. The homes run across 2601 to 2671 Wayside Drive and come as two- and three-bedroom townhomes, each with its own entrance, a fenced patio and off-street parking. Units are plainly finished rather than renovated — central heat and air, a stove and a refrigerator — and the community has no leasing office, pool or fitness room; it is managed from Sterling Management Corp.'s office in the Museum District. Sterling has run property in Richmond since 1946 and lists the community on its own site, but publishes no floor plans, photographs or rents for it.
