Safe areas to live

About 12 years ago that area was pretty run down with Cloverleaf's corpse sitting there. Lots of investment over the past decade. Still can be a little sketchy toward the main roads. Last time I went into that Kroger I had a dude threatening to fight me in the parking lot.
